Operations Specialist - Showing & Handover

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Specialist to support our leasing operations. This role involves showing rental units to prospective tenants, coordinating unit handovers, and ensuring a smooth transition from showing to occupancy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

 Schedule and conduct property tours for potential tenants.

 Highlight key features and benefits of each unit and the overall property.

 List inquiries regarding lease terms, amenities, and community policies.

 Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere during all showings.

 Prepare units for handover, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.

 Conduct move-in inspections and document unit condition.

 Facilitate the signing of handover documents and delivery of keys/access cards.

 Provide tenants with orientation on property rules, maintenance procedures, and contact points.

 On-site at residential properties.
