We are seeking a Planner Engineer to join our team for the King Khalid Airport Project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update comprehensive project schedules regularly.
- Track project progress and proactively identify delays.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports including Daily Construction Reports and Monthly Progress Reports, as well as dashboards and look-ahead schedules.
- Assess project metrics and suggest corrective measures.
- Aid in resource allocation and monitor cost management.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of project lifecycle and construction methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for reporting purposes.
Software Proficiency:
- Expertise in Primavera P6 is essential.
- Proficient with MS Project and advanced Microsoft Excel (including formulas and pivot tables).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective reporting and communication.
