Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Assistant Manager - Visitor Experience to enhance the guest journey and ensure that visitors have an unforgettable experience. This role involves developing and implementing strategies that focus on exceeding visitor expectations while showcasing the diverse offerings of Qiddiya.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee visitor experience strategies that align with Qiddiya’s vision and goals.
- Collaborate with various teams to create and improve engaging visitor experiences throughout the site.
- Monitor visitor feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in services and offerings.
- Create training programs for staff to ensure high standards of customer service and engagement.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events and programs that enhance visitor attendance and satisfaction.
- Organize and lead initiatives to attract and retain diverse audiences, including targeted campaigns for families, youth, and cultural enthusiasts.
- Manage visitor experience metrics and reporting, providing insights for continuous improvement.
