A leading construction company is seeking an HR Operations Specialist for a project in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, alongside 3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the construction or project-based sectors. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR practices, and should be ready to start immediately. The salary range for this position is SAR 7,000 to 9,000 per month.
