As a direct supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the availability of suitable manpower for the efficient functioning of the organization's operations. This involves overseeing the recruitment and hiring processes, facilitating employee training, and ensuring adherence to relevant administrative and organizational protocols. The primary objective of this position is to ensure seamless operational continuity by delivering qualified personnel in a timely manner while upholding compliance with both professional and organizational standards, both internally and externally.

Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the field.
Professional Skills and Competencies:
- Understanding of operational processes and quality control.
- Proficiency in using scheduling, reporting, and communication software/tools.

- Proven experience in recruitment, manpower supply, or HR operations.
- Good knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory procedures related to vehicles and drivers.

- Proficiency in using Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) or employee tracking tools.
- Knowledge of government procedures for vehicle registration and licensing.

Job Duties:
- Provide manpower and oversee the recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the prompt and efficient supply of drivers (bikers) and required labor in line with company standards and policies.
- Follow up and complete all official procedures related to vehicle (motorbike) licenses and required forms, with direct coordination with the relevant government authorities to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations.
- Monitor and organize training schedules for drivers and new employees.
- Ensure trainees attend the training programs and approve their completion.
- Prepare periodic reports to measure training performance progress and adherence to approved plans.
- Execute assigned tasks quickly and effectively to ensure the continuity of operations without delays or impact on service quality.
- Submit weekly reports to senior management including updates on HR matters, vehicle-related procedures, and training program progress.
