Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Specialist in Stakeholder Management to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will assist in the formulation and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing engagement with various stakeholders critical to the success of Qiddiya's projects in entertainment and leisure. Your communication skills and proactive approach will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships that foster collaboration and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for stakeholder engagement that align with Qiddiya's mission and objectives.
- Identify key stakeholders and conduct analyses to understand their interests, concerns, and levels of influence.
- Support the preparation of stakeholder communication materials, including reports, presentations, and newsletters.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and engagement activities, ensuring impactful interactions and follow-up.
- Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform future engagement strategies and report findings to the management team.
- Maintain an organized database of stakeholder interactions and track engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies across various platforms.
- Assist in monitoring stakeholder sentiment and documenting changes in engagement levels.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with stakeholder management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to relationship building.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Arabic considered a plus.
