The Senior Associate – HR Engagement, Internal Communication & Graphic Design at Six Flags Qiddiya City plays a vital role in strengthening employee engagement, facilitating effective communication, and bringing creativity into the workplace. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee connection, satisfaction, and participation while ensuring that internal messaging is clear, consistent, visually engaging, and impactful.

A graphic design background is mandatory, with proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), to effectively design communication materials that align with organizational branding and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and implementing comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on engagement levels and communication effectiveness.
  • Analyze survey and feedback data to identify trends and recommend actionable initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies, ensuring messaging is consistent, visually appealing, and accessible across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and produce creative materials (newsletters, digital screens, posters, presentations, videos, and social media content) to support internal campaigns and employee recognition programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to deliver communications that keep employees informed, connected, and engaged.
  • Facilitate training and development programs aimed at improving communication and engagement skills among employees.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to employee engagement and internal communications, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by promoting programs that foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Manage internal communication channels, including the company intranet and other digital platforms, ensuring they remain user-friendly and visually compelling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in employee engagement, internal communications, and corporate design best practices, applying them to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven graphic design experience (mandatory), with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation design skills.
  • Previous experience in employee engagement, internal communication, or HR functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for building culture and fostering collaboration.
