We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Officer to join our growing team in Egypt. This role is focused on driving business growth by promoting HR and procurement outsourcing services. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and passionate about building long-term client relationships in a dynamic, B2B services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Generation
  • Identify and generate qualified leads across Egypt for HR and procurement outsourcing services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and presenting, to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Build, maintain, and update a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Market Development
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the management team.
  • Contribute to customizing services tailored to the Egyptian market.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal service delivery teams.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Brand Representation
  • Represent Migrate at business events, trade shows, and networking platforms in Egypt.
  • Act as a local point of contact for business inquiries and PR engagements.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Collaborate with regional sales and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports covering lead activity, conversions, meetings, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with marketing to support localized campaigns and client outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Preferably with experience in the business services, outsourcing, or HR solutions sectors.

Skills

  • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and market research capabilities.
  • Self-driven with strong initiative and accountability.

  • Arabic: Advanced
