We are currently seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team in the retail industry. This position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, alongside proven experience in general accounting or similar roles. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards such as IFRS, and relevant regulations. Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, and QuickBooks, as well as advanced skills in MS Excel, is essential. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective time management. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting, along with strong communication skills, is required. Professional certifications, such as CPA or CMA, would be an added advantage.
