Visioneers is looking for a Senior System Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and integrity of our servers and networks. This role requires someone with a solid background in system administration, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure servers, network equipment, and virtualization platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize overall performance.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's IT assets, including conducting regular security audits.
• Backup and restore systems and data, maintaining disaster recovery protocols.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications across various environments.
• Support and manage cloud infrastructure and services.
• Document system configurations and changes while maintaining an up-to-date inventory of IT resources.
• Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Implement and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Collaborate with external vendors to resolve advanced technical issues and plan upgrades.
• Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to suggest improvements.
