The Expansion Manager at Nawy Real Estate will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives across new and existing markets. You will work closely with senior management to identify potential expansion opportunities, develop detailed market entry strategies, and oversee the implementation of expansion plans to ensure successful rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential regions for expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for entering new markets, including thorough feasibility studies and business plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on expansion goals and strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and government bodies to facilitate expansion efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of expansion initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to drive success.
  • Prepare and present reports on progress, market conditions, and potential risks associated with expansion opportunities to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and economic conditions that may impact expansion strategies.
