Key Responsibilities:
· Portfolio Growth: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with SME clients to ensure growth, satisfaction, and loyalty.
· Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the SME portfolio.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
· Credit Underwriting & Management: Manage credit cases, renewals, and underwriting while adhering to policies and risk procedures.
· Cross-Selling, Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products, driving revenue and client satisfaction
Requirements:
· Experience: A minimum of 5 years in banking, with a focus on SME banking and portfolio management.
· Credit Knowledge: Completion of a credit course is a must.
· Sales Strategy: Proven experience in crafting and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.
· Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire teams and achieve results.
· Relationship Building: A strong ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
