Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and guide a team of sales professionals. The role involves developing and executing go-to-market plans, managing client relationships, and identifying new opportunities through market analysis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across multiple sales cycles.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and educate customers on product offerings, pricing, and market differentiators.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to maximize long-term sales growth.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Drive process improvements and adopt innovative technologies within the sales process.
  • Participate in negotiations and contribute to successful deal closings.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP).
