Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of D365 Finance solutions. The role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, oversee implementations, and ensure high-quality delivery. This position also requires strong consulting skills, the ability to mentor team members, and a proven track record of successful full-cycle D365 Finance implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Intercompany, Consolidations, etc.).
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and prepare functional design documentation (FDD).
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality D365 Finance solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and drive business value quickly.
• Oversee system testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure solution delivery aligns with best practices, coding standards, and methodologies.
• Support integrations between D365 and other enterprise systems (AIF, custom services, APIs, etc.).
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Produce documentation including solution designs, configurations, and user manuals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and consistent delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and internal frameworks.
