We are currently seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees through well-structured training programs. You will be responsible for identifying employee learning needs and developing appropriate training initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs and design effective learning programs.
• Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and via e-learning platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments to support talent development initiatives.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs.
