**Job Title:** Supervisors of Operations for Call Centers
**Employment Type:** Openings for 2 positions (Entertainment Sector Project)
**Work Schedule:** Two shifts (Morning/Evening until 11 PM)
6 working days a week – 8 hours daily
**Salary:** 7500 SAR before deductions
**Incentives:** Monthly bonus up to 1000 SAR
**Contract Type:** Indefinite Duration
**Work Responsibilities:** Manage a specific number of customer service employees
**Qualifications and Certifications:** Excellent knowledge of COPC as a team leader
**Language Proficiency:** Excellent English
**Required Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft programs
**Experience:** 2 to 5 years in the same job title
