- Support the procurement department in managing purchase orders and tracking the status of shipments.
- Maintain up-to-date purchasing records and supplier information.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and address any order discrepancies.
- Assist in the analysis of purchasing data and prepare reports on procurement activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet procurement needs.
- Contribute to identifying cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements.
- Carry out administrative duties related to procurement, including documentation and data entry.
