Project Manager (DEL 156)

Qiddiya Investment Company is transforming the entertainment and leisure landscape, and we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our esteemed team. This role will involve spearheading strategic projects that are pivotal to the development of Qiddiya's premier offerings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive expertise in project management, coupled with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project delivery in compliance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Direct and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that drives performance and innovation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline resource allocation, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and ensure continuous improvement in project management practices.
• Oversee contractual relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure performance meets specifications.
