We are in search of a talented Manager - Design to lead our design efforts across various projects. This role requires a visionary leader who can combine creativity with practical design solutions to create extraordinary environments that resonate with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for new projects, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of Qiddiya Investment Company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, engineering, and project management to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Oversee the development of design specifications, ensuring they are practical, innovative, and maintain high standards of quality.
- Conduct regular design review sessions and workshops to gather input and refine design concepts.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.
- Engage with stakeholders to present design ideas and cater to their preferences while managing expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to inspire design innovation.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are achieved.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 6 - 9 years of experience in design management, preferably within the real estate or entertainment sectors.
- Experience with Hospitality, Mixed-use projects
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and successful project outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and promote teamwork.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is highly regarded.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
