Role Overview

We seek a results-oriented Digital Ads Specialist responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Programmatic, and various digital platforms. The successful applicant will possess robust experience in executing effective campaigns within the Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or DevOps tech sectors, alongside a keen skill in converting budgets into quantifiable leads.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns for our subscription services centered around Salesforce/CRM.
• Conduct keyword analysis and devise strategies for companies seeking Salesforce, CRM, or ERP services.
• Deliver keyword research reports detailing rationale, CPC projections, and anticipated outcomes.
• Establish measurable strategies to achieve 2–3 qualified leads monthly within a $1,000 ad budget.
• Create re-targeting/programmatic ad funnels for Corporate Service Cloud leads engaging with landing pages without conversion.
• Partner with the design team to produce ad creatives and visuals.
• Continuously monitor, report on, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality.
• Provide insights on SEO strategies for new website launches and landing pages in alignment with paid campaigns.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in managing Google Ads and Programmatic campaigns.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes within budget constraints ($1k–$3k/month).
• Expertise in keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of re-targeting/programmatic advertising strategies.
• Self-motivated with a project-based, results-oriented approach.
• Preferred: Background in lead generation for SaaS or Salesforce consultancies.

💰 Budget & Engagement

• Initial budget: $1,000 monthly ad spend aimed at generating 2–3 quality leads.
• Flexible work arrangement: Freelance/part-time position (individual specialists encouraged, agencies will not be considered).
