You will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of commercial office projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
• Utilize project management software and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance project delivery.
• Oversee quality control and assurance processes, ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required specifications and standards.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
