Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Specialist - Travel Management to streamline and oversee all aspects of travel within our company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel logistics for employees, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements that align with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Act as the main point of contact for travel-related inquiries and provide guidance to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with Qiddiya's travel policy and budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain partnerships with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and services that benefit the company.
- Monitor and manage travel budgets, tracking expenses and providing reports to management.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and best practices to optimize travel processes.
- Assist in developing travel-related training sessions for employees on travel policies, procedures, and tools.
- Handle travel emergencies or changes swiftly and efficiently to minimize disruption.
