Introduction:
Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to welcome a dedicated Manager - Implementation to our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of implementation plans across various projects and workstreams within the Master Development Unit. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of project management principles and a passion for bringing visionary projects to fruition.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of comprehensive implementation plans that align with overall project objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established KPIs, preparing regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the implementation phase, facilitating resolutions in a timely manner.
- Support project management activities, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and scheduling.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions based on project outcomes.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and reviews to align project goals and updates.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 9-12 years of experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably within large-scale development or infrastructure projects.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
