About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and versatile HR Generalist to join our growing team in Cairo. This role will support our EMEA operations and play a key part in delivering efficient HR services across multiple countries. The HR Generalist will work closely with managers, employees, and external partners to ensure compliance with local labor laws while supporting our global HR strategy. This position follows a hybrid work model, with part of the week based at our New Cairo office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    • Administer end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, contracts, probation reviews, and offboarding.
    • Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in line with local requirements.

  • Employee Relations & Compliance
    • Serve as a point of contact for HR queries across the EMEA region.
    • Support the Global Head of HR in advising on local labor law compliance, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations issues.
    • Assist with audits, policy reviews, and ensure adherence to both local and corporate HR standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Coordinate payroll inputs with finance and external providers.
    • Support administration of benefits, allowances, and employee incentive programs.

  • Talent & Development
    • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
    • Support learning and development initiatives, performance reviews, and career development processes.

  • Regional HR Support
    • Collaborate with global HR teams on projects such as engagement surveys, system implementations, and policy rollouts.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law; familiarity with other EMEA jurisdictions is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote/global teams.
