- Supervise daily operational workflows to guarantee effective execution of financial services.
- Formulate and instate procedures that comply with local and regional regulatory standards (for instance, SCA, DFSA, CMA, CBB).
- Ensure operational adherence to AML, KYC, and internal risk policies.
- Lead and manage cross-functional operations teams, overseeing staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster continuous enhancements in processes to improve service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance, compliance, IT, and external vendors to address issues and introduce innovative solutions.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory entities as required.
- Assist in driving expansion strategies throughout the GCC and wider MENA region.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations within financial services in the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of regional regulatory bodies and frameworks (e.g., DFSA, ADGM, SAMA, CMA, CBB).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or certifications such as CAMS, CFA are an advantage).
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency with operational systems and tools (CRM, ERP, digital workflow platforms).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
- Culturally aware with the ability to navigate multi-national, diverse work environments.
