  - Develop and manage product assortments that align with customer needs and maximize sales and profitability.
  - Collaborate with sourcing and merchandising teams to select products that meet quality standards and market demands.
  - Implement pricing strategies that optimize margins while remaining competitive within the market.
  - Monitor category performance and generate reports to track KPIs, sales data, and inventory levels.
  - Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and merchandising plans.
  - Conduct regular category reviews to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

				 - Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Public Relations, Retail Management, or a related field.
  - 3+ years of experience in category management, product management, or retail buying.
  - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).
  - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  - Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  - Experience in the e-commerce or grocery industries is a plus.
