Zeej, a reputable printing and advertising company, is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the role of Sales Project Coordinator to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of important tasks aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and driving project success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer and manage incoming calls and inquiries from both prospective and existing customers.
- Engage directly with customers to effectively promote our projects and advocate for our products or services.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations as well as tailor the services offered to meet customer needs.
- Organize and conduct meetings with customers to monitor their requirements and address any concerns that may arise.
- Gather and assess feedback from customers and internal teams to streamline workflow and improve processes.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities needed to support the demands of new projects.
