The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding across various functions while maintaining a strong employer brand and understanding market trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 3–4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment • Hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple functions • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and market trends • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate the recruitment team • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to achieve hiring targets • Experience working with ERP systems is required
