Key Responsibilities: - Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and modify designs. - Design compelling visual content for social media platforms, email campaigns, websites, and various digital channels. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and objectives. - Provide quotations, place orders, and manage cancellations as necessary. - Address product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause of problems, determining effective solutions, expediting corrections, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up.
