HR Operation Specialist

We are currently seeking a qualified HR Operation Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or related areas. Strong knowledge of the 360-degree performance appraisal system which includes feedback from supervisors, peers, and subordinates to assess employee performance is essential. Experience with the Odoo HR module, an integrated ERP software for HR management, is highly desirable. You must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently managing multiple responsibilities. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required. A professional demeanor combined with a collaborative team spirit is expected. Please note that this position is open to Saudi nationals only.
