We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to oversee Data Center Service Level Agreement Implementation and Management. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and account management specifically within data centers and the ICT sector. Responsibilities include managing implementation projects related to UPS, cooling systems, power, and surveillance systems, as well as the management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A strong ability in negotiation, business development, and customer relationship management is essential. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology (MBA preferred) and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
