We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager responsible for the implementation and management of Service Level Agreements (SLA) within the Data Center sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales and account management specifically within data centers and the ICT sector. The role involves overseeing various implementation projects such as UPS systems, cooling systems, power management, and surveillance systems. Additionally, expertise in managing SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is required. This position demands strong negotiation abilities, a flair for business development, and exceptional customer relationship management skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology is required, with an MBA preferred. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
