Almajdiah is offering an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Specialist. The role is full time with immediate hiring.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in managing, operating, and maintaining facilities.
- Familiarity with various facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and elevators.
- Ability to develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans and oversee their implementation.
- Competency in coordinating with maintenance contractors and service providers while ensuring quality standards are upheld.
- Proficiency in using facilities management or maintenance management software.
- Analytical skills in troubleshooting breakdowns, identifying causes, and proposing solutions.
- Capability to prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards regarding facility management.
