Key Responsibilities:

- Organize appointment schedules and coordinate meetings as needed.

- Draft and prepare official correspondence and administrative reports.

- Oversee and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing emails and communications.

- Assist the team with various daily administrative functions.

- Uphold confidentiality and strict adherence to internal policies and procedures.

- Provide support to colleagues and managers regarding additional daily administrative tasks.
