About the Role
We are in search of a proactive Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a rapidly expanding fintech company revolutionizing the auto-finance sphere in the UAE. This pivotal role will oversee all technological initiatives, including platform enhancement and banking partnerships with ADCB, Emirates NBD, and DIB.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the architecture and development of a scalable, compliant financial platform.
- Manage the real-time transaction engine as well as API integrations with banking partners.
- Provide clear guidance to the development team throughout sprints, compliance requirements, and project launches.
- Ensure a balance of security, speed, and stability within a regulated financial context.

Requirements
- 12+ years in tech/product/software engineering (preferably fintech)
- Proven banking integration experience (APIs, real-time systems)
- Background in consumer lending, payments, or transaction-based products
- Leadership in regulated ecosystems (banking/fintech startups)
- Bachelors in Computer Science (Masters preferred)

- Automotive lending or embedded credit platform experience
- Knowledge of UAE banking regulatory tech requirements
