The Director of Personal Finance will serve as the CEO’s trusted financial coordinator, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of personal expenses, budgeting, and financial organization. This role demands precision, discretion, and a proactive approach to maintaining the CEO’s financial wellbeing and lifestyle needs. The ideal candidate will ensure that the CEO’s personal finances are streamlined, transparent, and efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Expense Management
    • Track and manage day-to-day personal expenditures
    • Maintain accurate records of spending across categories (travel, dining, shopping, household, etc.)
    • Prepare monthly and annual personal financial reports
  • Budgeting & Cash Flow
    • Develop and maintain personal budgets aligned with lifestyle and goals
    • Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity for upcoming expenses
    • Flag unusual or excessive spending and recommend adjustments
  • Bill Payments & Financial Coordination
    • Ensure timely payment of personal bills, subscriptions, and obligations
    • Coordinate with service providers, household staff, and vendors
    • Manage reimbursements, petty cash, and personal accounts
  • Lifestyle & Travel Support
    • Collaborate with executive assistants and travel planners to align financial logistics
    • Oversee budgets for personal events, vacations, and luxury purchases
    • Provide financial support for family-related expenses when required
  • Confidentiality & Organization
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial records and transactions
    • Organize and digitize receipts, invoices, and statements
    • Liaise with accountants and tax advisors for personal filings and documentation

  • Familiarity with Dubai’s financial and service landscape
  • Ability to work flexible hours and handle urgent requests
