Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive compensation structures and incentive programs aligned with company objectives.
  • Implement performance management processes that promote employee development and align with business goals.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify performance metrics and develop evaluation tools.
  • Facilitate communication and training for management on performance assessment and reward strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of rewards programs, making adjustments based on employee feedback and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation and performance metrics to senior leadership.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in rewards and performance management or similar HR functions.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing performance management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
