Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer - Toska

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join Toska’s team and ensure the quality and reliability of our products through thorough testing and process improvements. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience with both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution.
• Collaborate with Toska’s developers and product managers to understand requirements and improve quality.
• Conduct regression testing and ensure timely releases.
• Contribute to building and improving Toska’s QA processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or Tester.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit, Cypress).
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Experience with API and mobile application testing.
