We are seeking a fresh graduate to join our team at Giza Systems as a Communication Engineer. In this support-level two role, you will coordinate communication between clients and vendors to resolve open tickets and maintain devices on-site. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues, collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot, and assisting in the maintenance of communication devices and systems. Additionally, you will document all communication regarding ticket resolutions and participate in regular project meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
