As the Senior Director for Workplace Development, you will play an essential role in defining the vision and strategy for our commercial office assets. Your leadership will guide the design, development, and delivery of office spaces that meet the evolving needs of businesses while aligning with our commitment to sustainability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of commercial office projects, from market analysis and site selection to project completion.
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and stakeholders to create innovative, flexible, and sustainable office environments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assessments to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.
- Engage with government authorities and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Prepare high-level presentations and reports for executive leadership, detailing project strategies, risks, and progress.
- Foster relationships with corporate clients and tenants to understand their needs and enhance the market appeal of our commercial spaces.

- Bachelor's degree or master's in Real Estate Development, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial real estate development, with a focus on office spaces.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects from conception through to completion.
- Strong understanding of workplace trends and the requirements of modern businesses.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
