Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor with a flair for crafting exceptional mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and has a strong interest in health-conscious and inclusive beverage experiences. You will oversee the bar team, maintain quality service standards, and help develop a unique mocktail menu that delights guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Design, develop, and innovate mocktail and non-alcoholic beverage menus that align with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Train and mentor bar staff in mocktail preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels of mocktail ingredients, garnishes, and bar supplies; place orders as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with shift planning, staff scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment with a focus on creativity and excellence.
- Interact with guests to recommend beverages and ensure satisfaction.
- Track mocktail sales trends and report on customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams for promotions and themed beverage experiences.

- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and passion for non-alcoholic mixology and mocktail trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Food Hygiene and/or Barista certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
