- Establish C&B strategies in alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Develop comprehensive salary structures, job classifications, and remuneration frameworks.
- Oversee benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Guarantee accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and auditing practices.
- Perform job evaluations and conduct internal equity assessments.
- Provide guidance for employees and managers on C&B-related issues.
- Administer budgets and offer analytical support for executive decisions.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, and total rewards strategies.
- Expertise in HR analytics, payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
