  • Establish C&B strategies in alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
  • Develop comprehensive salary structures, job classifications, and remuneration frameworks.
  • Oversee benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
  • Guarantee accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and auditing practices.
  • Perform job evaluations and conduct internal equity assessments.
  • Provide guidance for employees and managers on C&B-related issues.
  • Administer budgets and offer analytical support for executive decisions.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, and total rewards strategies.
  • Expertise in HR analytics, payroll processes, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
