Solutions & Strategy, Functional Analyst (KSA, Onsite)

* We're specifically looking for a Solutions & Strategy, Functional Analystwho is already based in Saudi Arabia and comfortable working on-site in Al Khobar, Dammam. The role is scheduled to last at least a year*

As a Solutions & Strategy, Functional Analyst for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand urban challenges and define business requirements for smart city projects.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Analyze existing urban systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and digital transformation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions, including IoT-enabled infrastructure, data analytics platforms, & citizen engagement tools.
• Develop use cases, user stories, & process flows to support solution design.
• Ensure solutions align with smart city goals, such as sustainability, efficiency, and inclusivity.
• Analyze data from urban systems (e.g., transportation, energy, waste management) to identify trends and insights. Use data-driven insights to propose improvements and optimize smart city operations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support the adoption of smart city solutions by developing training programs and materials for end-users.
• Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of new technologies on urban systems and communities.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the smart city domain.
