Work with end-users and business analysts to gather requirements and transform them into technical specifications.
Optimize existing PL/SQL code for performance, ensuring that applications are responsive and efficient.
Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.
Perform thorough testing and debugging of database applications and scripts to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Create and maintain documentation regarding database structures, processes, and workflows.
Monitor database performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
Keep abreast of new database technologies and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with other developers and teams to integrate database solutions with other applications.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
Strong proficiency in writing, debugging, and optimizing PL/SQL code.
Experience with Oracle Database architecture, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Familiarity with database design principles and data modeling.
Good understanding of SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Knowledge of Oracle Application Express (APEX) or other Oracle development tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
