The Role 
As a Senior Account Executive you will play a critical role in establishing Board Intelligence in the UAE market. Reporting to the Sales Director UAE, you will focus on winning new clients, nurturing relationships and helping build a strong pipeline for growth. 

Responsibilities 

  • Drive new business opportunities in the UAE, proactively prospecting and qualifying leads. 
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives, understanding their needs and demonstrating ROI. 
  • Represent Board Intelligence at events and in person meetings to establish our presence in the market. 
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with discipline and creativity. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues across product, advisory and customer success to ensure client success. 
  • Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts, following our sales process and methodologies.

  • Contract Type & Duration: Fixed-term, renewable up to 3 years.
  • Working Hours & Overtime: Standard 8-hour day, 48-hour week. Overtime rates apply as per UAE Labour Law, with adjusted hours during Ramadan.

  • Strong track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in enterprise environments. 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, confident with senior decision makers. 
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals. 
  • Knowledge of the UAE business landscape and experience selling into this region. 
  • Resilient, resourceful and proactive, able to thrive in a fast moving environment. 
  • Passion for governance, leadership and building better businesses.
