🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
🔍 Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Mastery
- Strategically identify and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, email marketing, and social platforms.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth.
- Design and execute winning sales strategies aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
🤝 Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Deliver impactful product demos and tailored sales presentations to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals, and ensure win-win outcomes.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships, proactively solving problems and adding value.
📊 Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking digital trends, competitors, and emerging tech.
- Use insights from market research to fine-tune messaging and identify growth opportunities.
👥 Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Guide and mentor sales team members, helping them hit their stride and exceed targets.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive a unified go-to-market approach.
📈 Sales Performance & Strategic Reporting
- Monitor sales metrics like pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Present actionable insights and forecasts to leadership to inform strategy and planning.
🎯 What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in digital or tech sales—bonus if you’ve sold IT solutions before.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, social, content marketing).
- Stellar communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong negotiator with a track record of closing complex deals.
- CRM-savvy and comfortable using sales enablement tools.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Native Arabic-speaking nationals are preferred.
