Key Responsibilities
Design and implement 360° marketing strategies across insurance, banking DSA, and business setup domains.
Tailor campaigns to resonate with UAE-based entrepreneurs, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
Improve ROI through A/B testing, performance analytics, and funnel optimization.
Coordinate lead generation with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
Establish a unified brand voice and messaging strategy across platforms.
Own the content calendar, blogs, landing pages, social media, and email journeys.
Manage relationships with SEO specialists, PR agencies, creatives, and videographers.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
Build custom dashboards and provide regular performance insights to stakeholders.
Suggest growth hacks and actionable insights from marketing analytics.

Eligibility Criteria
5+ years in marketing (preferably in B2B services, fintech, or insurance).
Graduate in Marketing/Any stream.
Track record of running high ROI campaigns and managing multiple vendors.
Skilled in SEO, SEM, content strategy, and conversion funnel design.
Strong CRM/email marketing exposure (Zoho/HubSpot/Mailchimp or similar).
Prior experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.
Entrepreneurial builder, ready to set the tone, scale fast, and wear multiple hats.
