We are currently searching for a Design Manager to join our team in the realm of Real Estate & Development.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and guide interior design projects, ensuring high standards are met.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Lead a team of designers, providing mentorship and direction.
- Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to design and construction.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field. Professional membership (e.g., ASID, IIDA, RIBA, or similar) is strongly preferred. Additionally, a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in interior design is required, with 3–5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in extensive real estate or hospitality initiatives within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
