- Achieve Monthly sales target
- Ensure the profitability of the total channel.
- Ensure all total channel dues are collected on time.
- Forecasting total numbers needed to be reviewed quarterly.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful renewals and upselling.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance, product development) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively address potential risks or opportunities.
- Provide regular account performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow business with key clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel as needed.
