  • Achieve Monthly sales target
  • Ensure the profitability of the total channel.
  • Ensure all total channel dues are collected on time.
  • Forecasting total numbers needed to be reviewed quarterly.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful renewals and upselling.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance, product development) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively address potential risks or opportunities.
  • Provide regular account performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow business with key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
