As the Senior Coordinator - Visitor Experience at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play an essential role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional and memorable experience. You will oversee the coordination of various visitor services, manage feedback and inquiries, and collaborate with different teams to enhance the overall visitor journey, driving engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of visitor experience initiatives, ensuring high standards of service and engagement.
  • Develop and implement visitor service procedures and guidelines to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and supervising staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Gather, analyze, and report visitor feedback to recommend improvements and drive changes in processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to promote programs that enhance visitor interaction and attendance.
  • Manage visitor inquiries and service issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Support in organizing and executing special events and initiatives aimed at enhancing visitor experiences.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to visitor experiences, providing insights for ongoing improvements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in visitor experience, customer service, or event coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of visitor engagement practices and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding visitor services.
  • Proficient in using visitor management systems and customer relationship tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
